ENGLISH AND FOREIGN. London, Sept. 15. Feuds have occurred between sections of the Irish- American dynamite faction, owing to funds of the organisation having been misapplied. Sept. 16. The Times demand# that France should check the zeal of its officia s stationed in the New Hebrides. Sir Saul Samuel strongly protests against the occupation of the New Hebrides by French troops, and i« making enquiries as to the date when the French will evacuate. The Directors of the Bank of Australasia have declared a dividend at the rate of 15 per cent per annum, and have carried forward and placed to the reserve a sura of £20,000. Sept. 17. New Zealand mutton is selling at from to 4r|d per lb. Capetown, Sept. 17. The New Zealand Shipping Company’s s.s. Kaikoura sailed to-day for New Zealand ports. AUSTRALIAN CABLE. Hobart, Sept. 17. Favorable reports have been received from the Mount Lyell goldfields.
