London, Aug. 31. Prince Alexander continues his progress through Bulgaria. The Hussion Press clamors for the intervention of the Muscovite Government. M. A. Nelidoff, Ambassador at ConHtuiiiinop'<\ threatens to iiitirfere if a hair of a Russian tv.\j ct be touch'-d. Berlin, Seid, 1. The Norcl Deutsche Zeitung, in an article t.-j-Jay, states ths*t Germany is not affected hy the situation in Bugaria, but that the recent increase in the German armament was due t" the action of France, who alone is auswerab!e for the present situation in Central Europe. St. Petersburg, Aug. 31. The Russian Press generally «re clamoring for the Russian occupation of Bulgaria. Sept. 1. The departure of Prince Dolgorouski to Sofia, to enquire into affairs there, has been postponed. Constantinople, Aug. 31. Prince Alexander has arrived at Tirn'ova, the former caoital of Bulgaria. Sept. i. The Russian Consul at Sofia, who is believed tohave been implicated in the arrest and removal of Prince Alexander, has been r.called by his Government.
