A second: provisional Government for Bulgaria has been formed at, Tirnova, the former capital, by StambouliOff. who has a considerable following, atfil is opposed to the ; deposition of PriiicAlexander. Aug. 25 The second Bulgarian Government which has been formed at Tirnova isstied a proclamation calling out the militia: The reactionary agitation in support of the Prince is expending to tha garrisons and populations ;of .Shomea, Tirnova, Nicopolis, Widdiu, and Silistria. The Koumelian troops arc in f vor of Prince Alexander. Prince Alexander is now a prisoner on board a yacht, and is being conveyed down the Danube. ! Aug. 25. The Government which Was formed at Sofia, the Bulgarian 1 'Capital, on the deposition of Prince Alexander,; has been overthrown, and M. Yankoffjth leader of the’rebellion, and othersjwtw formed the Government-have been arrested. . | It is impossible to obtain reliable news from Bulgaria, been cut, and all travellers are stored. The bulk of the troops and people: a tv, now siding with Prince Alexander. The Hungarian Government ; are furious at the treachery of Russia, 1 Aug. 26. M. Starabonioff, who formed the second provisional Government forßui garia at Tirnova, has issued a proclam *- lion announcing the establishment of martial law, and General Murkatoff ha“ been appointed commander of the army, with full pow'-rs. Vienna, Aug. 26. Prince Bismarck and M. de Gi<rs, the Russian Prime Minister, are, now holding n meeting at Frauzenbad. Northern Hohfmia. ! London, A.«g. 25. In answer to an enquiry in tbe House of Commons, Bir James ; Fe'. r- ■ orison confirmed the news of the deposition ot Prince Alexander, whose destination was as yet unknown to the Government. The latter, be stated, I ■viewed the' recent events in Bulgaria 1 with great anxiety. Ang. 26. It is variously reported that Prince ! Alexander ot Bulgaria is proceeding t<. 1 St. Petersburg, Sistova, and Darmstadt, ■ The Black Sea fleet is equipping, and Russian Ministers of. War and Marine have recalled all officers on leave to their posts.
