Aty present trustee may transfer the management of trust property, to the Public Trustee, who will thereupon hold such property upon the original trust attaching thereto. Any person, company, association or public body within or without the calony, may place any property belonging to them in charge of the Publio Trustee upon tiust for such usee ts may be defined in the deal creating the trust. ! On estates such as are now being considered the Pubic Trustee is authorised to charge H per cent, on all receipts, and IJper cent, or all disbursements, and ss. per cent, on all moneys invested. No charge is made for obtaining probate, nor for passing stamps and property tax returns, nor for correspondence, however voluminous. Thus the saving to estates placed in this office is considerable.
