London, July 6. Mr Childers, Home (Secretary has been elected for (South Edinburgh ; Mr Goschen was defeated for East Edinburgh. Mr Morley, Chief Secretary for Ireland, and Mr Craig (Liberals) have bsen elected for NewcastU-on-Tyne, Inspecting tb# elections completed the returns . give Conservatives, 187 ; Unionists, 43 ; Gladstones, 88 ; Parneilites, 80. Tbs latest, returns show 208 Conservatives, 44 Unionists, IQI Gladstones, and 41 Parneilites have been elected. , Mr .Justin McCarthy h&Sj been defeated for a,majority of three. Mr Osborne Morgan, Under?Secrelary for the Colonies, was re-elected last night for Denbigh.

July 8. Ibe list completed of the elections shows that 240 Conservatives, 47 Unionists, 121 Gladstones; and 55 Parnellitee have been returned. So far as the elections in the English Boroughs have gone, 148 Tories have been elected, 22 Unionists, and 60 Gladstones. ;
