A severe accident occurred on board H.M.S. Opal yesterday. While the salute in honor of the accession of Her Majesty the Queen was bring fired, one of the guns burst, killing one seaman and seriously injuring another. A tram accident occurred yesterday at North Shore through two trams coming into collision. Five persons were injured.
