A BIT OF ADVIOE.

tO THE EDITOR. Sir,— ln your report of the late Geraldine Road Board meeting, I noticed 'that Mr Wigley, in a letter addresaed to the Board, expressed a desire to meet Mr Mcßeth in the presence of the Road Board members, to argue, doubtless, against the latter’s application for the removal of the gates that he (Mr Wigley) baa erected on a certain road. Now, sir, if the latter gentleman's oratorical powers have not greatly improved since I last heard him speak in public, I would strongly advise him to remain at home, for if Mr Mcßeth is such a man as I take him to be he will easily succeed in sending Mr Wigley home a sadder though a wiser mao. Hoping that he will profit by the above advice, I am, etc., Observer. Kakahu Bush.
