London, May 6. The Powers demand from the Greek Government precise assurance that they will at once cause the disarmament of their forces. May 7. It is announced that the Greek Government have refused further explanation in reply to the ultimatum of the Powers, and the envoys of the several countries will leave Athens to-day. The Greek troops are said to be concentrating on the northern frontier. May 8. Germany is indignant at the attitude of Russia and Prance lowards Greece. Athens, May 7. All the foreign Ministers have left with the exception of the representatives ol Russia and France, the former of whom is awaiting orders from his Government, May 8. In the absence of the Ministers, the charge d’Affaires, of England, Germany, Austria, Italy, and Turkey, havn . delivered a joint note from their respective Governments declaring the blockade of the Greek ports. The combined fl et is now rendezvoused at Suda Bay', awaiting orders before proceeding further. The official journal published an article, to-day disclaiming any hostile intention on the part of Greece, and stating that the movement of the troops to the northern frontier was merely a pre cautionary measure against any sudden attack.
