THE EASTERN CRISIS.
Athens, April 27. The joint ultimatum, signed by all the European Powers wilh the exception of France, has been delivered to the Greek Government, requesting satisfactory assurances that positive orders for the disarmament of the Greek forces will be given within a week from the receipt of the ultimatum. April 28. In response to the demand of the Powers, the Greek Government has issued a decree formally disbanding the first and second class Greek reserves. The ships of the combined squadron, which recently left Piraeus, have returned to that anchorage. April 29. The Premier, M. Deliyannis, replying to-day to a deputation which waited upon him, stated the Greek Government had accepted the mediation of Prance, on condition that the Powers would allow an early settlement of the claims of Greece under the Berlin Treaty, M. Deliyannis added that unless the demands of Greece were satisfied they would defy the wishes ol the European Powers.
