A y present trustee m»y transfer the management of trust property to the Public Trustee, who will thereupon bold such property upon the original trust attaching thereto. Any person, company, association or publio body within or without the colony, may placo any property belonging to them in charge of the Publio Trustee upon trust for such uses as may be defined in the deed oreating the trust. Any building, land, or friendly society may, by its rules, provide that property belonging to it may be placed in the Publio Trust Office, for &uoh trusts and uses and with such powers at may bo defined in or by the said rules. On estate* such as are now being considered the Pubic Trustee is authorised to oharge 1} per cent, on all receipts, and IJ per cent, or all die bursements, and ss. par cent, on all money* invested. No oharge is made for obtaining probate, nor for passing stamps and property tax returns, nor for correspondence, however voluminous. Thus the saving to estates placed in this tfiice is considerable.
