[Extract from New Zealand Gazette, Bth October, 1885.] CLAIMS UNDER FOREST TREES PLANTING ENCOURAGEMENT ACTS. General Crown Lands Office, Wellington, sth October, 1885. NOTICE.—“ The Forest Tress Plantins; Encouragement Act, 1871,” and “The Forest Trees Plan ing Encouragement Act Amendment Act, 1872, ’ having been repealed, it is requested that all outstanding Claims in pursuance of those Acte, and of any Regulations made thereunder, may be sent in to the Office of the Commissioner of Crown Lands for the district in which Plantations have been made, before the 31st day of December next.
