Constantinople, Dec. 23. Both Bulgaria and Servu have expressed their willingness to agree to the armistice suggested by the Turkish Commissioners, and have promised to appoint a delegate to confer with the Commissioners with a view to the l conclusion ot peace between the two countiies. Sofia, Dec. 23. Prince Alexander of Bulgaria! htsissued a general order to the army announcing- tlie conclusion--of the'prolonged armistice with Servia. The announcement of the Prince Mates' that he has to thank'the Czar of Russia and those Russian officers who acted as instructors to the Bulgarian array for his recent success in the field.
