THE EASTERN CRISIS.
London, Dec. 2. The Servians are clamoring for the continuance of war. St. Petersburg, Dec. 2. An Imperial Order has been published, in which His Majesty the Czar eulogises the courage and activity displayed by the Bulgarian and Roumelian troops in the recent engagements in the Balkans. Constantinople, Dec. 3. Two delegates from Hie Majesty the Sultan have proceeded to Pbilippopolis. The inhabitants of Roumelia ere stated to be maintaining a somewhat sullen attitude. The Porte has appointed Djevdet Pasha Governor of Roumelia, and hois preparing for the Turkish occupation of that country. Great Britain is opposed to this step, but the other Powers have signified their approval. It is announced that Prince Alexander of Bulgaria has definitely rejected the proposals of Servia for the mutual evacuation of territory and the extension of the armiatics until Ist January.
