Isg „ (booked) 20s It is now the CHEAPEST TRIWEEKLY PAPER in NEW ZEALAND, and the Proprietor trusts that the -INCREASED CIRCULATION wiH 'ccmpensate for the reduction made in its price. It is essentially a LOC AL PAPER, devoted to the interests of the district. It is impossible for the papers published in large centres of population to pay the same attention to the requirements of the district as it does. It has given its advocacy to 4 * EVERY MOVEMENT for the ADVANCEMENT OF THE DISTRICT. It has never been known to taka the side of the Strong against the Weak.
