London, Oct. 28. In regard to the Roumelian difficu'ty, King Milan of Be'r?ia has intimated that be will b- content with the restoration of the status quo ante. Skirmishes have taken place along the frontier line b<-tween the Servians and Bulgarian troops. Diplomatists anticipate T'ry little , food will mult from the Conference of
the Great Powers on the Roamelian question, Oct. 29. King Milan of Servia has addressed a diplomatic note to the European Powers, in which he Btates he is anxious to uphold the integrity of the Treaty oi Berlin, and he has no intention V breaking the peace. Constantinople, Oct. 27. The representatives of. Great Britaii. and France yesterday notified to th« Sultan that their respecti\e Governments agreed to take part in the projected conference on the Bulgamn question. The Turkish delegates hav* not, however, yet been appointed, and the conference consequently has been postponed for a week.
