In his speech thanking the people for the ovation tendered, Prince Alexander stated that he was prepared to make every sacrifice in order to secure the union of Bulgaria and Reumeiia. Constantinople, Oct. 17. It is announced that Albania lias agreed to a truce for the present, anil has expressed her willingness to assist the Porte in maintaining tranquility. Oct. 19. It is announced that a body of Ser vian troops have occupied Koheak Pass, on the Macedonian frontier, a position which is partly situated on the Turkish territory.
