An examination of hU books resulted in the discovery of a deficiency of upwards of £IO,OOO. The police authorities hope to intercept Wood in New New Zealand, to which colony he is believed to have proceeded. Sept. 19. Government offer a reward of £3OO for the arrest of Wood, the defaulting accountant to the Insolvency Court. According to the information at the disposal of the police, he was last seen at Auckland.
