A y present trustee may transfer the management of trust property to the Public Trustee, who will thereupon hold such properly upon the original trust attaching thereto. Any person, company, association or public body within or without the colony, may place any property belonging to them in charge of tho Public Trustee upon trust for such uses »s may be defined in the deed creating the trust. Any building, land, or friendly society may, by Uh rules, provide that property belonging to it may be placed in the Public Trust Office, for tuoh trusts and uses and with such powers as may be defined in or by the said rules. All proposed investments are con* sidored by a Board, consisting of the Hon, Colonial Treasurer, the Attorney-General, the Comptroller and Auditor-General, the Government Insurance Commissioner, and the Public Trustee. On estates sucl as are now being considered the Publ ( Trustee is authorised to charge 1| per cent on all receipts, and per cent, on nil dis bursements, and o.i per c*.nt. on all tnoceyi invested. No charge is made for obtaining prob >te, nor for passing (stamps and property tax returns, nor for corn spor.deuce, howevei voluminous.
