Any Person may appoint the Public Trustee executor and trustee under big will or codicil. A y present trustee may trsnsfer the management of trust property to the Public Trustee, who will thereupon hold such pro- [ p*rty upon the, original trust attaching i thereto, Any person, company, association or public body within or without the colony, may p’ace any property belonging to them in charge of the Public Trustee upon trust for such uses as may be defined in the deed creating the trust. Any building, land, or friendly society may, by its rules, provide that property belonging to it may be placed in the Public Trust Office, for tuoh trusts and uses and with such powers as may be defined in or by the said rules.
