The letter-box will be cleared for despatch of corespondenee from the Temukx Post Office to the undermentioned places, as follow: — For the United Kingdom, via San Francisco, Continent of Europe, Africa, America and the Sand wish Islands, on Saturday, the 18th July, at 3 p.m. Money orders, registered letters snd newspaper* at 11.40 a.bo. Late fee letter* at the Railway Travelling Po»t Office Mail Van (Northtrn Express Treir) fill the departure of train. For Christchurch, Ashburton, Geraldine, Orari, Eangitata, and Winchester, daily, at 7.30 a.tn. For Timaru direct, daily, at 9 a.m. For southern offices, per express daily, at 11.50 a.m. For northern offices per express, daily, at 3.20 p.m. For Christchurch, daily, at 5 p.m. For Timaruydirect, daily, at 7 p.m. For Waitohi Flat, Wednesdays and Saturdays, at 3 p.m. For Hilton, on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, at 4 p.m. Mails arrive at the Temuka office, From Timaru direct, daily, at 8.15 a.m 4.50 and 5.20 p.m. From Christchurch, Ashburton, Eangitata, Orari, Geraldine and Winchester, daily, at 9.30 a.m. From northern offices, per express, daily at 12.10 p.m. From southern offices, per express, daily, at 4.50 p.m. From Christchurch, direct, daily, at 7.30 p.m. From Waitohi Flat, on Wednesdays and Saturdays, at 2.30 p.m. From Hilton, on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, at 8.30 a.m. N.B, —Letters containing anything of value should be handed to the Postmaster to be registered. Letters containing coin, if posted unregistered will be compulsorily registered, and charged double registration fee.
