GERALDINE DAIRY FACTORY.
A meeting of the Directors of the Geraldine Dairy Factory Company was held in the Secretary’s office on Monday. Present—Messrs W. M, Moore (in the chair), H. H. Postlethwaite, D. Shaw, N. Dunlop, R. Skinner, and J, Mundell. Dr Fish, the Chairman, was called awav.
MINUTES. The minutes of last meeting were read and confirmed. RETIRING DIRECTORS. After the usual routine business had been transacted, a ballot was taken to ascertain which of the three Directors should retire, according to the Company’s regulations, the ballot falling upon Dr Fish and Messrs D. Shaw an 1 K. Skinner.
MISCELLANEOUS. The quantity of milk received during the past month was 8882 gallons, and
the total quantity received during the season 94,236 gallons, for which the gum of £1567 9s 5d had been piid. The factory is now closed for a time, during which advantage will be taken to make some necessary alterations to the building, re-lay floors, etc. Ihe annual meeting of shareholders will be held about the end of the month.
