NEW ZEALAND WATERLOO CUP. The weather at Plumpton Park yesterday was most unpropitious. A cold sou’wester, attended by rain, made it extremely disagreeable for everyone connected with the meeting. The ground was in a very sloppy slate in consequence of the bad weather, and the attendance was limited, as only the most ardent lovers of the sport ventured to attend the meeting. Little delay occurred in getting the first pair of dogs into the slips, and shortly after 11 o’clock the sport commenced. The following are the re-
