SHEEP WASHING. The Public Trustee ia his corporate capacity never dies, never leave* fche.colony, and never, becomes incapacitated, thus avoiding the many inconveniences resulting .from frequent fresh appointments of trustees, necessitated by death, change of abode, or mental or bodily infirmi'y. 4th. Punctuality and promptitude in the remittance of periodical payments to beneficiaries under trust or will to any part of the colony, at which it may bo desired that payment should bo made. sth. The effective check which is called into operation before any moneys can be paid from the Public Trustee’s Account.,, ■. i 6th. Reasonable Charges. On estates such as are now being considered the Publ c Trustee is authorised to charge 1$ per cent, on all receipts, and 1) per cent, on all disbursements, and ss. per cent, on all moneys invested. No charge is made for obtaining probute, nor for passing stamps and property tax returns, nor for oorrespopdenoe, however voluminous. Thus the saving to estates placed in this office is considerable.
