Tho eff eotivo check which i» called into operation before any moneys can be paid from the Publio Trustee's Account. 6th. Seasonable Charges. On estate* such as are now being couriered the Pubic Trustee is authorised to change 1J per cant, on all receipt*, aud 1£ per cent, on all diebusemontj, and ss, per cent, on all moneys itivcetid. No oharge is mads for obtaining prob te, nor for passing stamps and property 'bx returns, nor for correspondence, however voluminous. Thus the saving to estates placed in this tffics is considerable.
