SHEEP "WASHING. The Public Trustee in his corporate capacity never dies, never leaves the colony, and never becomes incapacitated, thus avoiding the many inoonvenionces resulting from frequent fresh appointments of trustee?, necessitated by death, change of abode, or mental or bodily infirmi'y. 4lh. Punctuality and promptitude in the remittance of periodical payments to beneSalaries under truit or will to any part of the colony, fct which it may bo desired that payment should be made. s',h. On estates such as are now being the Publ c Trustee is authorised to charge \\ per cent, on all receipts, aid per cent, on all disbursements, and ss. per c«nt. on all moneys invested. No charge in made for obtaining prober, nor for pasaing stamps and property tax returns, nor for correspondence, bowevor voluminous. Thus tho saving to estates pkced iu this i ffice is contiderable.
