The effective check which is called into operation before any moneys can be paid from the Public Trustee’s Account. 6th. Reasonable Charges. On estates such as are now being oor-riJored the Fubl c Trustee is authorised to charge per cent, on all receipts, and I* per cent, on all disbursements, and 6s, per cent, on all moneys invested. No charge is made for obtaining prob ite, nor for passing stamps and property tax returns, nor for correspondence, however voluminous.
