SHEEP WASHING. "ACKSON'S SHEEPLIFT J (Protected b Ryal Letters Patent,) Is a most useful and simple contrivance for lifting sheep from the hot soak instead of their being dragged up an incline ; it can be fitted to almost any wash. The Public Trustee in his corporate capacity never dies, never leaves the colony, and never becomes incapacitated, thus avoiding the many inconveniences resulting from frequent fresh appointments of trustee*, necessitated by death, change of abode, or mental or bodily infirmly. 4th. Punctuality and promptitude in the remittance of periodical payments to beneAsiatics under trust or will to any part of the colony, »t which it may be desired that payment should bo mado. 5 h. The effeotive oheok whioh ii called into operation before any moneys can be paid from thePublio Trustee's Acoount. 6oh. Reasonable Charges, On estates such as are now being considered the Publ c Trustee is authorised to oharge 1| per cent, on all receipts, ard 1} per cent, on all die- i bursements, and ss. per cent, on all moneys I invested. No charge is mads for obtaining prob te, nor for passing stamps and property tax returns, nor for correspondence, however voluminous.
