AUSTRALIAN MARKETS. Melbourne, Feb. 3. The Melbourne Manager of the National Mortgage and Agency Company of New Zealand, Limited, reports on the local markets as follows; Shipping wheat is worth 3s 6d to 3s 7d ; market depressed. Malting barley is quiet at 4s to 4s 9d. New Zealand feeding oats are in better demand ; all descriptions are quoted at 2s 8d to 3s 2d. Milling sorts are firmer at 3s 3d to 3s sd. New Zealand oats under bond, 2s 6d to 2s 9d ; they are slow of sale at these prices. ENGLISH MARKETS. London;' Feb. 2. Colonial breadstuffs : have suffered' a general decline of a shilling per quarter. To-day’s quotations, ex store, are as follows ;—Adelaide wheat, 3s 6d New Zealand do, 28s to 345,' according to quality ; Adelaide flour, 255. Adelaide wheat is realising 35s- for off-coast cargoes. Kauri gum, best selected transparent, has declined to £l2.
