EOPLE in the Geraldine District who hesitate to show Alfred Fisher’s Receipts for fear they would have to appear as witnesses in Court, are hereby informed that they need not be in the least afraid of that; as the police, being satisfied with the evidence they have already, will not take up any fresh cases. As it is extremely annoying to find these receipts coming in every day, I earnestly request people holding them to send them in as soon as possible, so that I may see the end of them and be able to put my accounts straight. Receipts for moneys for which credit has not been given only are required. MR AND MRS C.
