The following statements have been kindly given for publication : I have used one of Jackson’s Patent Lifts at my wash with great advantage, as it saves labor, prevents injury to the sheep economises soap, and helps to insure more perfect washmg. Any building, land, or friendly society may, by its rules, provide that property belonging to it may be placed in the Public Trust Office, fjr such trusts and uses and with such powers as may be defined in or by the said rules. Punctuality and promptitude in the remittance of periodical payments to beneficiaries under trust or will to any part of the colony, at which it may be desired that payment should be made. st,h. On estates such as are now being considered the Publ c Trustee is authorised to charge 1£ per cent, on all receipts, and per cent, on all dis bursements, and 6s. per cent, on all moneys invested. No charge is made for obtaining prob>te, nor for passing stamps and property lax returns, nor tor correspondence, however voluminous.
