[Before His Honor Mr Justice Johnston]. The half-yearly sessions of the Supreme Court in Timaru opens to-day. The following is the charge sheet : Regina v, David Taylor, embezzlement. —Mr He mersley for prisoner. Regina v. George Clark, assault with intent. .

Regina r. James Mitchell, burglary (two charges). Regina v. Thomas Park, rape, Regina v. W. Harris and' Charles Andoire, larceny. Regina r. Joseph Dyer, stealing from a dwelling. Regina v. Henry Bodley, larceny.—Mr Hamersley for prisoner, Regina r. J. C. Bedman and Bedman, jun., coining and uttering.—Mr O’Moagher for prisoners. Regina v.
