Since then t'»e supply has gradually increased and on Tuesday last reached 535 gallons. This shows that the fanners are gaining confidence and that the Factory will be a success. As an instance of the benefits to be derived from sending milk to the factory we may mention that a farmer living near Geraldine made about 14s a week out of the produce of his dairy. Since the Factory opeued he has sent his milk there and on Monday last received £3 5s for three week's milk or a little over £1 Is a week. From 16 suppliers of milk on the opening day the number has increased to 26.
