Geraldine —Wednesday, Nov. 5, 1884. [Before H. C. Baddely, Esq., R.M., Dr | Fish and Rev. G. Barclay, J.P.’s.) r The following is the conclusion of our report of the business transacted at the above Court on Wednesday last:— THREATENING LANGUAGE. ' J. Lewis i barged J. D. Jonea with using threatening iangnage toward* him, and prayed thst he should be bound < ver to keep the peace. After hearing the evidence, the Bench said it was only a neighbor’s quarrel, and declined to bind over the defendant. TRESPASS. J. D. Jones charged J. Lewis with a breach of the Cattle Trespass Ordinance. After hearing the evidence the Bench inflicted a fine of £2, and,costs £3 6s. CIVIL CASES. R. G'ass v. Jas. Friers—Claim £2 16s 6>l, and costs £1 3s. (Judgment summons). Defendant was ordered to pay one-half in three weeks and the balance in six weeks ; in default of either payment, three weeks’ imprisonment with hard labor. INTERPLEADER CASE. Thomas joodwiu v. Mundell and Co. Amount paid into Court, £l3 12s Bd. Dr Foster for plaintiff and Mr White for defendants. The plaintiff notproving his claim to goods seized, judgment was given that the amount paid into Court be paid out to judgment creditors, with costs £3 2s,
