PORT OF TIMARU, ARRIVED, Nil. SAILED. Nil. Wellington. August 16—The little steamer Moa, whilst on her way here from Foxton, burst the cylinder cover of the port engine. As she had just got outside the bar when the accident happened the steamer Jane Douglas towed her into Foxton again. Arrived—August 17 : Wakatipu, s.s., from Sydney, at 2p. m. She left Sydney at 5 p.rn. on the 12th. Christchurch. August 16—The steamer Ringamoma ■truck on a rock off Akaroa Heads this morning, during a ihick fog. She got off and came on to Lyttelton. She is sup posed to be making water in the fore comEartmeut, and it has been decided to dock or at once. Bluff. Arrived—August 17 : Mnnapouri, s.s., at 1 p.m. She left Melbourne on the 13th at 6 p.m.
