Any person offending against any of the provisions of these By-Laws, or committing any breach thereof, shall be liable to a penalty not exceeding five (5) pounds for every such offence, nd in every case after conviction has been obtained a further sum not exceeding forty (40) shillings fur every day during which such offence shall continue unabated.
