The prisoner is twenty-seven years of age, and intelligent looking, though he has been twice an inmate of a lunatic asylum. He speaks English well., A man named W. Friclington, a farmer of Sandon (vVellington), after voting «t Feilding on Tuesday, was thrown from his horse while returning home and *uetuined injuries from which ho died. He leaves a wife and family.
