HIS Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint CALEB EZEKIEL SHERRATT to be the Returning Officer to conduct the firßt Elections of Seven Commissioners for the Town District of Geraldine, as constituted under 'The Town Districts Act, 1881 ;' also to appoint Wednesday, the 16th Day of July, 1884, to be the time, and the Courthouse, Geraldine, to be the place for holding such first elections ; also tc appoint Monday, the 21st Day of July, 1884, at half-past Beven in the evening, to be the time, and the said Courthouse to be the place, for the firßt meeting of the said Commissioners.
