ACCIDENTS, OFFENCES, ETC.
Henry Ding, a bushraan, was accidentally killed by being jammed between two logs in the bush at Mangakahia, Auckland. A telegram from Palmerston North states that a man named Thos. Symons was killed on Tuesday by a falling tree, while felling bush at Kairanga. The deceased was an elderly man, and had been long a resident there.
