ROAD BOARD ELECTION.

GERALDINE. Yesterday the election of two persons to serve on the Geraldine Road Board in the stead of Messrs Deßenzy and Postlethwaite, who retired by lot, was held. In Geraldine the greatest enthusiasm prevailed, the contest eridently being between Messrs R. H. Postlethwaite and J. Mundell. j?he following is the result of the polling, showing that Messrs W. Deßenzy and It. H. Postlethwaite have been duly elected :
