A REQUEST.

TO THE EDITOR, Sir, — I believe that our member, Mr Posclethwaite, expressed his intention, last year, to address the electors of the County of Geraldine at Temuka V this year, and as I know the electors are . all anxious to hear him will you kindly * induce him to come forward to address us. There can, I think, be no more suitable time than the present, as the ‘ + harvest is nearly all gathered in, and it is consequently a slack time, for political cock-a-toos. I am confident our member is as willing to address ps a§ vye are to hear him, and that he will be only too glad to come forward as soon as be is asked.—l am, etc., MUMBO JuMEPj
