TIMAKF. Messrs Maclean and Stewart report for the week ending Saturday last as follows : Horses—The business done in draught and other horses at their yards to-day was almost nil, the present favorable weather enabling farmers to g"t on with harvest operations, consequently they are not forwarding horses in f> r sale, and are too busy to attend themselves. They have no sales of any importance to report, and prices are similar to last week’s quotations. They sold one or two fair good hacks fb-day at current rate. Sheep—There was not a large entry of htore sheep at the Wa.-hdykt- yards last Tuesday, They sold a small line Of about 300 crossbred ewes at 13s 31. 1 hey have also sold privately a small line of about 300 crossbred lambs at. a satisfactory price. Fat —Present va ! ues may be quoted at from to 2|d per lb. Cattle—At the Washdyke yards last Tuesday a small entry was received, and business in store cattle whs very quiet, no lots of importance changing hands. Fat cattle are worth almost 17s 6d per 1001 b for good quality.

Sydney, Feb. 15. Few Zealand wheat lias advanced 2d during the week, and is imw quoted at 3s (id ; New Zealand oats have risen to 3s ; maize rema ii' at 4s per bushel, and Sugar Company's No. 1 pieces, £B4 per ton. Adelaide, Feb. 15. The wheat market is very dull, and but little business is doing, To-day quotations were 3s 9 i to 3s lOd, nominal ; flour remains about last week’s prices; town brands £9 lUs, country ditto £8 18s ; the freight market is firm. Freight to London by steamer, 45s for cereals ; ditto, sailing, 40s.

London, Feb. 14. The grain and tallow markets are without quotable change. The catalogue of yesterday’s wool sa'e comprised 8900 bales. A fair demand was experienced for the lots submitted.
