WilsonClaim £ll Is 8d for balance on account of work and labor done. £-. s defendant did not appear judgment was recorded in default, on the understanding that as he had been summoned for the 21st inst, the case would he rpheard if cause were shown. W. S, Maslin v. Joseph Stringer— Claim 8s 6d for goods supplied. Judgment for debt and costs by default. Same v Joseph Reardon—Claim £5 15s id. Judgment by default, the amount to be paid as follows : —£3 one month from date, *nd 10s per week till debt and costs be liquidated. Several other cases were settled out of Court.
