He stands 16 hands 3 inches high, lias short legs and perfect feet. He has a grand constitution, immense bone, and a splendid temper. Lord Loftus’ sire, Sir Colin Campell, was by the well-known pure-bred Clydesdale, King Fergus (imported), dam Scotland’s Pride (imported), a Pure.-bred Clydesdale Mare, and winner ot many prizes. Lord Loftus’ dam was the Purebred Clydesdale Mare , by Napoleon, grand dam Jean, by Wellington. Lord Loftus is a sure Ral-getter, some of the Finest Stock in the district being his progeny.
