IMPOUNDED from Mr John Paterson’s (of Smithfield) Paddock, Paterson’s Road, near Upper Swamp Road, on Monday, 31st December, 1883— 1 Bay Hack Gelding. No visible brand ; star on forehead ; slightly collar and saddle marked ; switched tail, and shod all round. When impounded, Gelding had leather collar, with small piece chain attached, round neck.
