TEMUKA BUTTER AND CHEESE FACTORY.
A. meeting of the Directors of the above Factory was held last night. Present — Messrs Barker (in the chair), Paterson, Austin, (and Cain. The Secretary reported thai he had paid £l2O 16s 10d for milk for the past month, and that there were 570 gallons of milk received daily in the Factory at present. It was reported that twenty-seven pigs had been bought. The Chairman, Messrs Gray, Austn, and Paterson wera appointed an Executive Committee to deal with urgent business. Mr Austin %&ve notice that at the next meeting he would move to increase the price of shares. Mr Cain gave notice that he would move at next meeting that no milk should be received in the factory on Sunday evenings. After dealing with several other matters, the meeting terminated.
