Pure-bred Clydesdale Horse LORD LOFTUS, ( , Lord Loftus is a dark bay horse, with ' black points, rising 7 years old. He stands i!6 hands 3 inches high, has short legs and perfect feet. He has a grand constitution, immense bone, and a splendid temper. Lord Loftus’ sire, Sir Colin Campell, was by the well-known pure-bred Olydesi dale, King Fergus (imported), dam Scotland’s Pride (imported), a Pure-bred Clydesdale Mare, and winner ot many prizes. • Lord Loftus’ dam was the Purebred Clydesdale Mare ,by Napoleon, /grand dam Jean, by Wellington, Lord Loftus is a sure foal-getter, some of the ’ Finest Stock in the, district being his progeny.
