Tin's is to notify that the creditors of the said Walter Lungdon, of Orari, in the County of Geraldine, Wheelwright, having failed to elect a Trustee, I have, under the Provisions of the 46th Section of "The Debtors and Creditors Act, 1876," appeinted William Zie&ler, of Timaru, a Certificated Accountant in Bankruptcy, to be Creditors' Trustee of the Debtor's estate, and that he has duly accepted such trusteeship.
