The annual show held under the auspices of the Tiraaru Agricultural and " Pastoral Association came off yesterday. The day was fine and the attendance was large, but not so numerous as on previeus years. We shall give a more detailed account of the show in our next issue. The following is the prize list : SHEEP. Certificates of Merit will be given instead of Cups, for the highest number of Points in the various classes, for which Points will count as before. The sum of 20s and 10a will be given as first and second prizes respectively, in eyery class. The Judges will commend the third best exhibit, if thought worthy. One of the features of the implement department was a winnowing machine made by Mr Colville, of Milford. It was entered in Messrs R Wilkin and Co’s name as an extra exhibit,[and was specially commended by the judges.
