Every Person who intends to parade his Horse must enter the same at the Office of the Undersigned on or before Saturday, September 29th, at 5 p.m. Two Cards wiil be delivered to the Person making entry, with a conspicuout number thereon ; one to be attached on the offside, and the duplicate on the near side of the Horse, both on the roller. Owners of Horses will bo subject to whatever regulations the Committee find ..necessary to make. Entrance Fee for each Horse, ss.'
