' ; Hayhurst v. Barker and others. Mr Joynt who appeared for plaintiff intimated that the case had been withdrawn, costs to be paid to defendants, MONDAY, JUNE 25. [On the assembling of the Court on Monday, it was announced that all the four cases arising out of the Leach,estate were withdrawn. The judge expressed himself satisfied and the court rose.
